Tessera Fulfillment
Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tessera Fulfillment at https://portal.madebytessera.com (the “Platform”), provided by Tessera (“we”, “us”). By signing in to the Platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who may use the Platform
The Platform is an internal business tool. You may use it only if a Tessera administrator has created an account for you as a Tessera employee, contractor, or member of a partner organisation that works with Tessera, and only for as long as that authorisation lasts.
If you use the Platform as an employee or contractor, these terms apply alongside your employment or engagement agreement and Tessera’s internal policies. Where they conflict, that agreement and those policies prevail.
2. Accounts and security
- Keep your password and sign-in details confidential. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Tell an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission or your credentials have been exposed.
- Tessera may reset passwords, end sessions, change roles and deactivate accounts at any time to protect the Platform or when your authorisation ends.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Platform only for Tessera business and in a lawful manner. You must not:
- access or attempt to access data, clients or features your role does not allow, or circumvent any access control;
- upload malicious code, probe or test the Platform’s security, or interfere with its operation, unless Tessera has authorised you to do so in writing;
- copy, scrape or export client data or other content for any purpose other than your work for Tessera;
- use the Platform to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harassing;
- use the Platform in a way that breaches Tessera’s obligations to its clients.
4. Content and confidentiality
Content items, client records, files, messages and other material in the Platform (“Content”) belong to Tessera or to its clients. You receive a limited right to use Content only to perform your work for Tessera. Content is confidential: do not disclose it outside Tessera or the client it concerns, and do not keep copies after your access ends.
You are responsible for Content you add. Only upload or link material you have the right to use, and make sure it is accurate and appropriate for the client it is attached to. Tessera may remove or edit Content at any time.
5. Google Workspace and other services
Signing in with Google and connecting your Google Workspace account are optional. If you connect, you authorise the Platform to act on your Google account within the permissions you grant, for example to organise client folders in Drive, manage calendar events, show and send mail from your mailbox, and create Sheets and Docs. Actions the Platform takes at your request, such as sending an email or moving a file, are your actions.
Google services are governed by Google’s own terms. You can revoke the Platform’s access at any time under Settings → Connected accounts or from your Google Account. Tessera is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Google or other third-party services.
6. Availability and changes
Tessera may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including for maintenance. We aim to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform is not a backup: Tessera keeps authoritative client deliverables in its own systems.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design and documentation are owned by Tessera. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the Platform as permitted. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Platform.
8. Termination
Your access ends when your employment or engagement with Tessera ends, when the partner organisation you belong to stops working with Tessera, or when an administrator deactivates your account. Tessera may suspend or end access immediately if you breach these terms. Sections 4, 7, 9 and 10 continue to apply after your access ends.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tessera excludes all warranties about the Platform, and is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Privacy
How the Platform handles personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aruba, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you work.
12. Changes to these terms
Tessera may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and we will tell you in the Platform about material changes. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms go to Tessera at privacy@madebytessera.com, or to any administrator of the Platform.
